Without this, I'd have gone insane.
Hundreds of photographs sitting on a hard drive. Each one needed product listings, title, description, SEO tags, alt text, variants, pricing, for every format I sell. One piece of art across ten product types is ten separate listings. Each one takes 30-45 minutes when you do it right, write real copy, set the SEO, tag it, organize it. That's six hours of data entry per photograph. Ten photographs, sixty hours. And that's just one provider, do it across three and you're looking at months of full-time work that has nothing to do with making art.
And the "bulk tools" don't save you. Your print provider takes your image and puts it on a server you can't access, no control over where it lives or whether it gets recompressed. Their CSV export requires image URLs you don't have. Shopify's bulk editor makes you scroll through products ten at a time, with 800 listings, you'll lose your mind before you find the one you need. None of it was built for artists working at scale. It was built for someone listing twelve coffee mugs.
ArtDrop exists because I hit that wall. I spent months creating products by hand, searching catalogs, configuring templates, uploading artwork, then switching to Shopify to rewrite every title, every description, every tag, for every product, from scratch. Over and over. That's what forced me to build this. Every feature in ArtDrop came from a real problem I ran into doing it the hard way.
