You'll receive a confirmation email right away. Within 24 hours, we'll send a short intake form (about 10 questions) to gather specifics about your business. We use that to do the real work: auditing your platforms, researching your competitors, building your templates, and setting up your dashboard. You receive everything within 48 hours of completing the intake form.
If we haven't started your audit yet, yes — full refund, no questions. If work is in progress, reach out and we'll make it right. We'd rather earn your trust than keep money from someone who isn't happy. For the monthly Partnership, cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. It contains your full audit results, competitive analysis, revenue projections, action plan, grant matches, and your 30-day content calendar — all in one place. You can share it with a co-founder or advisor, or keep it to yourself. It stays live as long as you're a customer.
The Glow-Up is a one-time deep dive — you pay once and own everything we produce. It's great if you need clarity right now but don't need ongoing support. The Partnership keeps everything fresh: your competitive intel updates monthly, you get a new content calendar each month, and you have direct access to us when things come up. Most people start with the Glow-Up, then upgrade.
