Business Concierge is an AI-powered business consulting service offered by StanHattie LLC, a company based in Waukee, Iowa. You fill out a questionnaire about your business. We research your market, audit your online presence, analyze your competitors, and deliver a custom package of strategy, templates, and tools.
By purchasing or using Business Concierge, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service — and email us if something here seems unfair. We're reasonable people.
Depending on the plan you purchase, your deliverables may include:
Everything we deliver is yours. Download it, share it, use it forever. For monthly Partnership subscribers, your dashboard stays live as long as your subscription is active.
We want to be clear about what this service is not:
Not legal advice. Nothing we deliver is a substitute for a licensed attorney. If you need help with contracts, business formation, employment law, or any other legal matter, please consult a lawyer.
Not financial advice. Our revenue projections and financial analysis are educational tools, not investment recommendations. They are based on publicly available data and reasonable assumptions. They are not a guarantee or prediction. Consult a licensed financial advisor or accountant before making major financial decisions.
Not a guaranteed outcome. We can research, plan, and equip you — but we cannot run your business for you. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, execution, timing, and your industry. We do not guarantee revenue growth, grant approvals, or any specific business outcome.
Current pricing is listed on our pricing page. Prices may change, but any price you paid at purchase is locked in for that transaction.
14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your deliverable, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked. We'd rather lose a sale than lose your trust.
If we have not yet started your audit when you request a refund, you will receive a full refund immediately, regardless of timing.
Monthly subscriptions. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. We do not prorate partial months, but you retain access to your dashboard through the end of your current billing period.

This service uses artificial intelligence to research, analyze, and generate deliverables. All output is reviewed for accuracy but may contain errors. We do not represent AI-generated content as infallible. If you notice something that looks wrong in your deliverable, tell us and we will fix it.
Specifically: we use AI tools to scan publicly available data about your business and competitors, draft template copy, generate action plans, and produce your dashboard. A human reviews the final output before it is delivered to you. That said, AI is imperfect and so are we. Treat our deliverables as a starting point and a resource, not as a final authority on your business situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StanHattie LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Business Concierge is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — meaning we are not responsible for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or other knock-on effects, even if we were aware they were possible.
Some states do not allow these kinds of limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you depending on where you are located.
We are good at what we do and we put real work into every deliverable. But we cannot promise you will grow your revenue, win a grant, land a client, or achieve any other specific business outcome as a result of using Business Concierge.
Business outcomes depend on you: how you use the plan, how the market responds, how your competitors react, and dozens of other variables that neither of us can predict. We give you the tools and the strategy. The execution is yours.
Your data is yours. Everything you share with us — your business information, questionnaire answers, goals, context — belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership over information you provide.
Your deliverables are yours. The audit, templates, action plan, content calendar, and dashboard we produce for you are yours to use however you want. There are no licensing restrictions on what we give you.
Our methodology is ours. The systems, frameworks, processes, and AI infrastructure we use to produce your deliverables are owned by StanHattie LLC. You are paying for the output, not the underlying technology. You may not reverse-engineer or resell our methodology as your own product.
Templates you receive. Once delivered to you, you may use, modify, and distribute the templates we create for your business without restriction.

We believe your data belongs to you. Not us, not advertisers, not "partners." You. This policy explains exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and who else sees it (nobody). We're a small company with no incentive to monetize your information and every incentive to keep your trust.
When you use Business Concierge, we collect only what we need to do the work:
That's it. We collect what you give us and what's already publicly visible about your business online.
We do not collect things you didn't explicitly give us:
One purpose only: delivering your consulting package. We use your questionnaire answers and business information to research, build, and deliver your audit, templates, action plan, and dashboard. Full stop. We do not use your information for any other purpose.

We do not use your information to send marketing emails to other businesses. We do not use it to train AI models. We do not use it to build audience profiles or target you with ads anywhere.
Nobody. Period. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with partners, affiliates, data brokers, or any third party for any commercial purpose. The only information that leaves StanHattie LLC is what's needed to process your payment (handled by Stripe, under their own privacy policy) and what you choose to share yourself.
The only limited exceptions are legal in nature: if a court or law enforcement authority compels us to disclose information, we will comply with the law. If that ever happened, we would notify you first unless we were legally prohibited from doing so.
We are a small operation. We do not have a marketing department. We do not have the infrastructure to monetize your data, and we have no desire to.
We keep your information only as long as it's useful to deliver and support your service:
We believe in opt-in by default. That means we do not assume permission — you give it to us explicitly when you share information with us. This is the opposite of how most tech companies operate. We don't think that's right.
