Terms of Sale

1. What You Are Buying

ArtDrop is sold in two forms. You choose one at checkout:

• ArtDrop Web (subscription). A recurring monthly license that grants you access to the hosted ArtDrop web app at app.getartdrop.com for as long as your subscription is active and in good standing. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• ArtDrop Mac (lifetime). A one-time purchase of a perpetual license key that grants you the right to use the ArtDrop macOS desktop application on up to two (2) Macs.

Both options are governed by the End User License Agreement. Neither includes an ownership interest in ArtDrop, guaranteed uptime, or guaranteed support.

2. Price

Current base pricing is $39.00 USD per month for ArtDrop Web (billed monthly) and $399.00 USD one-time for ArtDrop Mac. The first Shopify store is included. Each additional Shopify store is priced on a graduated scale: on the Web plan, starting at $10.00 USD per month and decreasing to as low as $2.00 USD per month per additional store as more stores are added; on the Mac plan, a one-time charge starting at $75.00 USD and decreasing to as low as $15.00 USD per additional store. The public Shopify App Store listing is not currently live. If that purchase rail becomes available, each Shopify shop installed through it will be purchased and billed separately at $39.00 USD per month through Shopify; installs made while signed in may be linked to the same ArtDrop account. Product lines and store-specific voices do not carry a separate charge. All prices are in US dollars. The Seller reserves the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect one-time purchases already completed. For active subscriptions, any price change will be notified in advance and takes effect at the next renewal; you may cancel before that renewal to avoid the new price.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. The Seller does not store your payment card information. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

4. Delivery

ArtDrop is a digital product. Upon successful payment:

• A unique license key will be generated and emailed to the address you provide at checkout, typically within a few minutes
• For the Mac tier, the email will contain a download link for the ArtDrop macOS application
• Download links are time-limited but will regenerate on each visit as long as your license remains active
• For the Web tier, your license activates the ArtDrop web app, hosted at app.getartdrop.com, with no local install required

If you do not receive your license key email within 30 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact support@getartdrop.com.

4a. Demo Mode

Before purchasing, ArtDrop offers 3 free demo drops so you can test the configured pipeline and inspect how it behaves with your actual setup before committing. You must sign in to ArtDrop with your email to use demo drops, but no payment card is required. Output from demo drops includes a watermark. Once you activate a paid license key, demo mode is replaced by the licensed experience with unlimited drops.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

To request a refund:

• Contact support@getartdrop.com within 14 days of your purchase date
• Include the email address used at checkout
• Describe the issue you encountered (not required, but helps us improve the product)

When a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated. The software will cease to function on its next license validation check, typically within 24 hours.

Before purchasing, please review the product description, the FAQ, and the system requirements carefully. ArtDrop requires:

• An active Shopify store
• An active account with at least one print provider (Gelato, Printful, or Printify)
• A Backblaze B2 account is optional but recommended for image hosting. When no B2 account is connected, ArtDrop uses Shopify Files for smaller images.
• Copy generation is included with the Web app at no extra cost. On the Mac app you bring your own copy engine key.
• For the Mac tier: a Mac running Apple Silicon or Intel. The Web tier runs in any modern browser with no local install required.

ArtDrop also offers 3 free demo drops before purchase so you can test the configured pipeline and inspect provider and storefront results before you spend a dollar.

If you have technical difficulties activating or using ArtDrop, contact support before initiating a chargeback or dispute. The Seller asks that you allow 48 hours to attempt resolution. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, the Seller reserves the right to revoke your license key immediately.

7. License Key Issuance

Each purchase entitles you to one (1) license key. License keys are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or given to third parties. The Seller reserves the right to revoke any license key that is found to be shared, transferred, or used in violation of the End User License Agreement.

8. Updates

Updates to ArtDrop, when released, are provided at the Seller's discretion. Minor updates and bug fixes are provided to license holders at no additional charge. The Seller makes no guarantee of future updates or new features.

9. Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email at support@getartdrop.com. The Seller does not guarantee response times or resolution of all reported issues. Support does not include setup of third-party accounts (Shopify, your print provider, Backblaze, or your copy engine provider).

10. Web Plan Access

An active ArtDrop Web subscription includes access to the hosted application at app.getartdrop.com. The Web plan and Mac plan are separate products: a Web subscription does not license the macOS application, and a Mac lifetime license does not include an ongoing hosted-Web subscription. The following apply to Web plan access:

• Hosted sessions are subject to the application's concurrent-session, inactivity, authentication, and security controls. They do not use a Mac activation slot.
• The web app requires an internet connection at all times, it does not have an offline mode.
• The Seller does not guarantee web app uptime. Railway hosting is subject to its own service availability. Outside the 14-day money-back guarantee, scheduled maintenance or ordinary service interruptions do not create an additional refund right.
• The Seller reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue web app access with reasonable notice. If the Web service is permanently discontinued, recurring Web billing will stop; a separately purchased Mac lifetime license remains governed by its own terms.

11. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase in your jurisdiction. The stated price does not include applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your location.

12. Breach

The following constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate license revocation without refund:

• Sharing or distributing your license key
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code from ArtDrop
• Using ArtDrop to process infringing content
• Initiating a fraudulent chargeback
• Any other violation of the End User License Agreement

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Iowa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Iowa.

14. SMS / Text Message Program

ArtDrop uses SMS only to reply within a customer support conversation that the customer initiates by texting (833) 278-5080 first ("the SMS Program"). We do not collect phone numbers through a web form for this program, and we do not send proactive account notifications, promotional messages, or marketing texts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, account access, support, or ArtDrop feature. Email support remains available without SMS.

• Message frequency varies (typically 1 to 4 messages per inquiry).
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of the SMS Program. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact support@getartdrop.com.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, including SMS opt-in data and consent.

15. Affiliate Program

If you are separately accepted into the ArtDrop affiliate program, your participation is governed by the ArtDrop Affiliate Program Agreement, including its disclosure, traffic, attribution, commission, hold, refund, tax, and termination rules. Buying ArtDrop does not enroll you as an affiliate or entitle you to commissions.

All artwork displayed on this website, including the Circular Light photography shown in product images, page art, and social preview cards, is the copyrighted work of Michael Hill and is licensed to StanHattie LLC for display on this site only.
