1. What You Are Buying

ArtDrop is sold as ArtDrop Web. These terms also cover ArtDrop Mac licenses purchased earlier:

• ArtDrop Web (subscription). A recurring monthly license that grants access to ArtDrop Web at app.getartdrop.com while the subscription is active and in good standing. The subscription renews automatically each month. Cancel any time from your Account page. Access runs to the end of the billing period.
• ArtDrop Mac (lifetime). A one-time purchase of a perpetual license key that grants you the right to use the ArtDrop macOS desktop application on up to two (2) Macs. ArtDrop Mac is not currently offered for purchase. Existing ArtDrop Mac licenses remain valid under these terms and the End User License Agreement.

Both options are governed by the End User License Agreement. Neither includes an ownership interest in ArtDrop, guaranteed uptime, or guaranteed support.

2. Price

ArtDrop Web is $39 per month. ArtDrop Mac is not currently offered for purchase. ArtDrop Web and ArtDrop Mac are separate purchases. Up to 25 stores per account. Your first store is included.

For ArtDrop Web, positions 2 and 3 cost $10 per month each, positions 4 through 6 cost $6 per month each, positions 7 through 10 cost $3 per month each, and positions 11 through 25 cost $2 per month each. Earlier stores retain the price assigned to their position. Additional stores for ArtDrop Mac are not currently offered for purchase. Store slots already purchased for an existing ArtDrop Mac license remain part of that license.

ArtDrop installs from the Shopify App Store are billed through Shopify. Each shop has its own subscription. Direct purchases at getartdrop.com are billed separately through Stripe. The added-store prices above apply only to direct purchases at getartdrop.com. Product lines and store-specific writing rules do not carry a separate charge. All prices are in US dollars. The Seller may change pricing. A change does not affect a completed one-time purchase. We will give advance notice of an ArtDrop Web price change before it takes effect at renewal.

3. Payment

Payment for direct purchases at getartdrop.com is processed by Stripe, Inc. under Stripe's terms of service. Shopify App Store subscriptions are billed and processed by Shopify under Shopify's terms. The Seller does not store your payment card information. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

4. Delivery

ArtDrop is a digital product. After successful payment:

• A license key is created and sent to the email address supplied at checkout
• For the Mac tier, the default email points to the public download page at getartdrop.com/download
• The download page is public and links the current Mac build directly. The app requires an active license key at activation.
• For the Web tier, the default email points to the hosted app at app.getartdrop.com, with no local install required

If the license email does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact support@getartdrop.com.

4a. Demo Mode

Try up to 3 free drops on ArtDrop Web. No card is required. The demo is not available on ArtDrop Mac.

Demo drops are watermarked. A paid ArtDrop Web subscription removes the demo watermark. A purchase of ArtDrop Mac does not include ArtDrop Web.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

To request a refund:

• Contact support@getartdrop.com within 14 days of your purchase date
• Include the email address used at checkout
• Describe the issue you encountered (not required, but helps us improve the product)

Before purchasing, please review the product description, the FAQ, and the system requirements carefully. ArtDrop requires:

• An active Shopify or Etsy store with the connection access required to complete initial setup. Either storefront can be the only store during first-run setup.
• An active account with a compatible print provider for physical products. Direct Etsy digital downloads do not require one. Physical Etsy products require a Gelato store or Printify shop connected to that Etsy shop.
• A storage choice for your print files. In ArtDrop Web, the Storage step offers Backblaze B2, Cloudflare R2, Dropbox and Google Drive. With a Shopify store you can also choose to send files straight to your print provider. Etsy digital publishing requires Backblaze B2, Cloudflare R2, Dropbox or Google Drive for its files.
• Copy generation is optional and separate from product publishing. Before generation, the signed-in app displays the available copy method and any applicable limits or billing. The Mac app requires your own provider key. Seller-written copy is supported.
• For the Mac tier: the current v1.0.2 download is a signed and notarized arm64 application for Apple silicon and declares macOS 11.0 as its minimum, while ArtDrop recommends macOS 12 Monterey or newer. It is not an Intel or universal build. The Web tier is a browser application with no local ArtDrop install; browser, device, and file-picker limits still apply.

Inspect every named provider and storefront result before selling or sharing it.

If you have technical difficulties activating or using ArtDrop, contact support before initiating a chargeback or dispute. The Seller asks that you allow 48 hours to attempt resolution. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, the Seller reserves the right to revoke your license key immediately.

7. License Key Issuance

Each purchase entitles you to one (1) license key. License keys are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or given to third parties. The Seller reserves the right to revoke any license key that is found to be shared, transferred, or used in violation of the End User License Agreement.

8. Updates

Updates to ArtDrop, when released, are provided at the Seller's discretion. Minor updates and bug fixes are provided to license holders at no additional charge. The Seller makes no guarantee of future updates or new features.

9. Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email at support@getartdrop.com. The Seller does not guarantee response times or resolution of all reported issues. Support does not include setup of third-party storefront, print provider, storage, or copy provider accounts.

10. Web Plan Access

An active ArtDrop Web subscription includes access to the hosted application at app.getartdrop.com. ArtDrop Web and ArtDrop Mac are separate entitlements. A Mac purchase does not include hosted Web access. Hosted Web access requires a separately purchased active Web subscription. A Web subscription does not license the Mac app. The following apply to Web plan access:

• Hosted sessions are subject to the application's concurrent-session, inactivity, authentication, and security controls. They do not use a Mac activation slot.
• The web app requires an internet connection at all times, it does not have an offline mode.
• The Seller does not guarantee web app uptime. Railway hosting is subject to its own service availability. Outside the 14-day money-back guarantee, scheduled maintenance or ordinary service interruptions do not create an additional refund right.
• The Seller reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue web app access with reasonable notice. If the Web service is permanently discontinued, recurring Web billing will stop; a separately purchased Mac lifetime license remains governed by its own terms.

10a. Pinterest Services and Availability

Pinterest Product Pins through the official Pinterest for Shopify sales channel are separate from ArtDrop's direct organic image-Pin workflow. Direct organic Pinterest publishing is offered in ArtDrop Web as a beta. The direct workflow is for ArtDrop Web only, not ArtDrop Mac. A purchase does not guarantee that Pinterest will approve, continue, or make this provider-controlled capability available.

• In the direct workflow, you authorize your Pinterest account, choose one of its boards, and review the image, Shopify destination link, title, description, and alt text before anything is sent.
• Preparing a review does not publish. A separate Publish click is your instruction to send that one reviewed Pin immediately. ArtDrop does not schedule, batch, or background-post direct organic Pins.
• You represent that you control the connected account and board and have all rights needed for the image, text, and destination link. Your use remains subject to Pinterest's Terms of Service and policies. You must separately approve each Pin.
• Pinterest may reject, delay, restrict, retain, or remove content or access under its own systems and policies. ArtDrop does not guarantee delivery, placement, reach, traffic, or continued provider availability. An uncertain delivery result is held for manual review and is not posted again automatically.
• Disconnecting in ArtDrop removes its encrypted Pinterest credential. It does not delete an existing Pin or data controlled by Pinterest. You can also remove ArtDrop from your Pinterest security settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.
• The direct organic workflow does not create or submit a Pinterest catalog and does not request Pinterest catalog, advertising, order, customer, refund, checkout, or fulfillment access. The official Shopify sales channel remains the Product Pin catalog route, and checkout remains with Shopify.

10b. Bluesky Posting

ArtDrop Web can post a reviewed caption and image for a live product to a Bluesky profile you connect. This is part of Social Publishing in the web app and is not an ArtDrop Mac feature. Connecting a profile does not publish anything.

• You connect by entering your Bluesky handle and signing in on Bluesky's own page. ArtDrop does not receive your Bluesky password and asks Bluesky only for permission to create posts and upload post images.
• You choose a product whose public listing and image ArtDrop has verified, write the caption or have ArtDrop draft it from your copy settings, add an image description, and review the exact post before you schedule it. Only a post you review and schedule is published, either when ready or at the date and time you choose.
• You can cancel a post that is still waiting to send. A post already published is managed on Bluesky.
• Disconnect removes the connection from ArtDrop and asks Bluesky to revoke ArtDrop's access. If Bluesky does not confirm the revocation, ArtDrop tells you to remove ArtDrop in your Bluesky settings. Disconnecting does not delete posts already published.
• You are responsible for the account you connect and for the caption, image, and link in each post. Bluesky may reject, restrict, or remove content under its own policies, and ArtDrop does not guarantee delivery, placement, or reach. Your use remains subject to Bluesky's terms and policies.

11. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase in your jurisdiction. The stated price does not include applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your location.

12. Breach

The following constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate license revocation without refund:

• Sharing or distributing your license key
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code from ArtDrop
• Using ArtDrop to process infringing content
• Initiating a fraudulent chargeback
• Any other violation of the End User License Agreement

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Iowa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Iowa.

15. Affiliate Program

If you are separately accepted into the ArtDrop affiliate program, your participation is governed by the ArtDrop Affiliate Program Agreement, including its disclosure, traffic, attribution, commission, hold, refund, tax, and termination rules. Buying ArtDrop does not enroll you as an affiliate or entitle you to commissions.

17. Site Artwork

All artwork displayed on this website, including the Circular Light photography shown in product images, page art, and social preview cards, is the copyrighted work of Michael Hill and is licensed to StanHattie LLC for display on this site only. The artwork is human made and is not generated. The Circular Light series is the subject of a United States Copyright Office registration application filed in July 2026. No other use is permitted, including reproduction, redistribution, creation of derivative works, or use in training automated systems, without prior written permission. Permission requests and takedown notices are handled through the DMCA page.

18. Connected Storefront and Provider Boundary

ArtDrop creates products and listings in the storefronts and print providers you connect. You remain the seller and control each account. ArtDrop does not receive or manage orders, customers, payouts, revenue, or fulfillment. Shopify and Etsy are supported storefronts, and either can be your first store. Etsy digital downloads publish to your authorized Etsy shop using supported storage. Physical Etsy products publish through its connected Gelato store or Printify shop. Gelato, Printful, and Printify manufacture and fulfill compatible products. Pinterest Product Pins use the separate Pinterest sales channel you connect in Shopify; ArtDrop does not configure that channel or write a Pinterest catalog. In ArtDrop Web, Social Publishing can post a reviewed caption and image for a live product to the Bluesky profile you connect; ArtDrop does not read your Bluesky timeline, followers, or messages.

19. Scheduled Multi-Store Publishing

Each selected store can release now or after its own delay of up to 30 days. ArtDrop Web can advance scheduled work without an open browser. Keep ArtDrop Mac running for Mac schedules. Processing starts around the selected time. The store controls when a listing becomes public.
