What ArtDrop never charges for

No per-product or per-listing fee, no matter how much you publish. No per-seat fee. No percentage skimmed from your sales, ever. Product lines and store-specific voices are unlimited and free in every store. Both plan tiers unlock the full feature set, with no gate that hides copy generation or bulk publishing behind a higher plan.

What you pay separately

The services ArtDrop connects to, which are costs you would have anyway: your storefront (Shopify or Etsy plan), your chosen print providers (production, shipping, taxes), file storage, and your copy engine usage. The web plan includes a monthly copy allowance and lets you bring your own key; the Mac app uses your own key. ArtDrop is the automation glue, priced on its own, not a markup on those services.

The headline number
is rarely the real price.

Most print on demand tool pricing pages are built so the advertised tier looks reasonable and the tier you actually need costs more. Before you sign up for any tool, ours included, read the pricing page for these patterns. The gap between the tier the marketing shows and the tier your real workflow needs is the true price.

Per-store and per-seat fees

A cheap headline that quietly charges again for a second storefront or a teammate. Check what the plan costs at the number of stores and people you actually run, not at one.

Usage caps with overages

A product or credit limit that looks generous until a busy month pushes you into overage charges or a forced upgrade. Look for the cap and the overage rate, not just the monthly price.

Feature gates on the essentials

Copy generation, bulk publishing, or multi-provider support parked on a higher tier than the one advertised. Confirm the workflow you signed up for is on the plan you are pricing.

How ArtDrop is built instead

Priced around the workflow, not the volume, the seats, or the features. One base price unlocks everything; the only add-on is another storefront, and that add-on gets cheaper as you scale. Stated up front, not buried.

Your print provider's
subscription is a different thing.

If you compare ArtDrop to a print provider's own subscription, compare like for like. A print provider (for example Gelato, Printful, or Printify) can offer a low-cost or free plan that bundles several stores, because that subscription is subsidized by the money they make printing and shipping your products, and its stores are about where they receive and fulfill orders. ArtDrop is a different job entirely: it is the publishing automation that writes your listings in your trained brand voice and creates and publishes your products across those providers. You generally pay for both, and they do not replace each other. ArtDrop connects to Gelato, Printful, and Printify as your providers, so a price per store on a provider plan and a price per store on ArtDrop are measuring two different things.
