Every drop follows the same path. Set your voice, providers, and stores once, then repeat this for every new piece of finished art.

// 02, Drop your artwork

Start with one finished file.

Drag a file into the Drop Zone, paste it straight from your clipboard with Cmd+V, or drop a whole folder at once. Batch drops can also come from a CSV or XLSX sheet, with a column for the store and product line each image should go to. ArtDrop reads the image and its EXIF data, and gigabyte TIFF masters are supported, so you upload the real work, not a downsized copy.

// 03, ArtDrop writes the listing

Copy that sounds like you.

ArtDrop studies what is actually in the artwork, its colors, composition, mood, and subject, then writes the title, description, and SEO tags. The copy is written in your trained brand voice, so it reads like you and not template boilerplate. You teach that voice with the built-in Voice Trainer, from your own writing, your website, and your existing store, with no prompt engineering required. Refine any listing by chat before it publishes.

// 04, Products get built

Your templates, across every provider.

From the templates you saved, ArtDrop creates the products at Gelato, Printful, or Printify. You choose which providers and which templates to run, and each template you configured is built at its provider from the same drop. You keep your own provider accounts, your own products, your own variants, and your own pricing. ArtDrop only uses your keys to run the drops you send.

// 05, Published to your stores

Every store you picked, at once.

The finished products publish to the stores you routed the drop to. Shopify and Etsy are live today. Etsy digital downloads publish directly through the Etsy API, and physical print products publish through your Etsy-connected Printify shop or Gelato store. Connect as many stores as you like, each with its own trained voice, product lines, and tags, and route each drop to the store you want. TikTok Shop and Pinterest commerce are coming soon.

Publish everything at once, or space a batch out on a per store schedule of up to 30 days to keep your storefront fresh. ArtDrop creates product and listing data only. Your orders, customers, revenue, and fulfillment stay with your storefront and your connected print provider, never with ArtDrop.

Every step, in the Live Log.

The Live Log attaches the moment you drop artwork and streams every step of the run, drop by drop, from ingestion to analysis to the finished listing. If a provider requirement rejects a product, you see exactly why, and the run keeps going for the rest. Nothing is hidden behind a spinner.

A finished listing, live in your store.

When the run finishes, the product is live in your own store with the title, description, tags, images, and collections in place. Open it, edit anything you want, and keep selling. Everything ArtDrop publishes stays yours to change.
