// 01, One drop from start to finish

Five clear steps. One final review.

Upload your artwork, choose your products and stores, and follow the results in the Live Log.

1 · Add the artwork
Drag in a finished file, paste it with Cmd+V, or add a whole batch with a CSV or XLSX sheet. ArtDrop saves the artwork and its chosen store.
2 · Draft the listing
Use the Copy Engine to read the image and draft the title, description, SEO, and alt text in your saved brand voice, or provide your own copy.
3 · Build the products
For physical products, ArtDrop applies the artwork to your saved Gelato, Printful, and Printify templates. Direct Etsy digital listings go straight to Etsy.
4 · Send products to your store
Publish to Shopify or Etsy through your connected Gelato or Printify store. ArtDrop creates your Printful products. A standalone Printful store keeps them in Printful for you to publish when you are ready, and a Shopify-connected Printful store finishes with a live Shopify listing.
5 · Give it a final look
Open the finished products from the Live Log and review the listing copy, artwork placement, prices, and variants. Need a change? Edit titles, descriptions, and tags in the Products editor, or make the final edit in your store.

// 02, Drop your artwork

Start with one finished file.

Choose, drag, or paste finished artwork into the Drop Zone. Add several files for a batch. ArtDrop Mac can also process a folder.

Copy that sounds like you.

ArtDrop writes titles, descriptions, SEO copy, and alt text from your artwork and saved writing style. Refine the copy in Voice Trainer or edit your product listings.

Want to approve the words first? Turn on Review copy before publishing to read and edit each drop's copy before it publishes. Leave it off for automatic publishing. The copy guide explains both options.

// 04, Products get built

Your saved products, across three providers.

Save the Gelato, Printful, and Printify products you want to sell. Each finished artwork uses those templates, including the variants and prices you chose. Your provider accounts and catalogs stay yours.

// 05, Publish to your stores

One artwork. Your selected stores.

Send one artwork to one store or several selected stores. Each store keeps its own writing rules, product lines, tags, and saved products. See how each print provider connects to your stores.

Your stores. Choose a store to manage its products, writing style, and publishing settings.

Start a batch now or space it at 1, 2, 5, or 10 artworks per day, or about 1 per hour. You can also give each selected store its own delay of up to 30 days. Your store handles checkout and customer payments. Your connected print provider handles production, shipping, and fulfillment.

// 06, Watch it happen

Follow each product in the Live Log.

Follow each artwork and store in the Live Log. ArtDrop keeps recent activity so you can return after a reload or connection interruption. Open the full log when you need more detail or want to copy a message for support.

See what ArtDrop created.

Open published Shopify and Etsy listings in your store, or open the finished product in Gelato, Printful, or Printify. Make any final edits in the service that owns the product.

Keep working on your listing in Products: edit its copy and tags, or choose Rewrite with ArtDrop for a fresh draft to review before saving. When the product is live, you can review and schedule a Bluesky post from ArtDrop Web.
