Shopify and Etsy are live with route-specific boundaries, and either can complete first-run setup. TikTok Shop and Pinterest are not currently available to ArtDrop customers.

Before you begin

  • Choose the exact storefront and provider route for the product you intend to create.
  • ArtDrop creates product and listing data only. It does not access orders, customers, payments, shipping, or fulfillment.

What changes outside ArtDrop

This guide changes nothing. It identifies the current customer routes and the external result that each supported route can create.

Steps

  1. Shopify is live

    Supported Gelato and Printify routes create product and listing data in the exact connected Shopify store. The public Shopify App Store route is not currently available.

  2. Etsy is live

    Etsy can be the first and only storefront in setup. Digital downloads require a supported external storage service and publish directly through Etsy. Physical products publish through the artist's exact Etsy-connected Printify shop or Gelato store.

  3. Printful stops at the provider

    The Printful route creates and verifies a provider product only. It does not create or sync a Shopify or Etsy listing.

  4. TikTok Shop is pending review

    TikTok Shop is not available to ArtDrop customers. It was submitted for app review July 24, 2026 and remains pending. Data Security and Privacy passed, with zero open items. Approval alone will not make the feature live.

  5. Pinterest is not available

    Pinterest is not currently available through ArtDrop. ArtDrop does not currently create Product Pins, publish Pinterest catalogs, create a Pinterest storefront, or save Pins to boards. Organic Pinterest posting is not available in the current customer setup.

Good to know

  • ArtDrop creates product and listing data only. It does not access orders, customers, payments, shipping, or fulfillment.
  • Organic posting to Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, Bluesky, and Pinterest is not available in the current customer setup.
  • ArtDrop does not currently publish products to Meta Commerce, Google Shopping, Prodigi, WooCommerce, or eBay.

Troubleshooting

  • A result is missing? Verify the selected route in the exact provider and storefront before retrying.
