Before you begin

  • Availability can depend on your plan, tenant, provider account, marketplace approval, and deployment flags.

What changes outside ArtDrop

This page is read-only. Opening a provider or marketplace connection can still send you to that external service; no connection is created merely by reading the matrix.

Supported print providers. Printer setup is limited to Gelato, Printful, and Printify. One configured provider is enough to begin; test each additional route separately.

Steps

  1. Start with storefronts

    New ArtDrop storefront connections are Shopify only. Grandfathered Etsy records can remain visible for credential cleanup, but Etsy and WooCommerce dispatch are retired and cannot receive new drops.

  2. Separate direct publishing from handoffs

    ArtDrop publishes directly only to Shopify. Server-approved closed-beta routes can prepare reviewed Shopify products for merchant-configured Marketplace Connect handoffs to eBay or Amazon; ArtDrop does not call either marketplace or control acceptance or sync. Walmart US and Target Plus US entries in Stores are merchant-confirmed status records only.

  3. Choose a print provider

    Gelato v2, Printful, and Printify are supported product providers. Review & Publish currently waits only on the narrow Gelato v2 to Shopify route.

  4. Exclude unavailable channels

    Pinterest commerce and TikTok Shop are Coming soon, not live connections. Pinterest, Bluesky, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and Discord auto-posting are unavailable. Do not include Coming soon channels in active connection filters.

Expected result

You can identify which route is supported, limited, gated, coming soon, or retired before entering credentials.

Limits and non-goals

  • A visible card or code path does not prove general availability.
  • The public Shopify App Store listing is pending and general self-service installation is not live. That external state can change without a runtime commit, so verify it before publishing new instructions.

Troubleshooting

  • If the UI differs from this matrix, stop before publishing and ask support to confirm the exact tenant and deployment state.

How to undo or clean up

No cleanup is required for reading this page. Revoke any connection you actually authorize from the provider or marketplace account as well as removing it from ArtDrop.
