Choose where your drops publish

Publish artwork to one store or several, with separate writing styles and product choices for each store.

Before you begin

  • Connect the stores you want to use.
  • For physical products, connect the corresponding Gelato or Printify destination for each store.

How it works

Each selected store uses its own voice, product lines, and publishing settings.

Steps

  1. Select the store to manage

    Open Storefront, then find Your Stores. Use Active store to choose whose settings you want to edit.

  2. Choose publishing destinations

    Under Publish drops to, check the stores that should receive new drops. Leave all unchecked to use the active store.

  3. Set up each store

    Check the selected store’s voice, product lines, saved products, and print provider connection.

  4. Upload your artwork

    Check the destination in Drop Zone, upload the artwork, and follow each store’s progress in Live Log.

Expected result

ArtDrop creates the selected products for each destination, using that store’s writing style.

Good to know

  • Your first store is included. Accounts support up to 25 stores; additional stores have separate pricing.
  • A problem at one store does not stop the other selected stores.
  • A product line or per-image instruction can change the destination for a particular artwork.

Troubleshooting

  • A product went to an unexpected store? Check the publishing selections and any store named in the artwork’s JSON file or copy sheet.

How to undo or clean up

Uncheck a store to leave it out of future drops. Products already created stay in that store.
