Where your products appear

See where ArtDrop creates products for Shopify, Etsy, Gelato, Printify, and Printful, and where to open each finished listing.

Before you begin

  • Check which store and print provider you selected for the drop.

How it works

ArtDrop creates products using the connections you saved. Some providers publish directly to your store. ArtDrop creates Printful products that finish in Printful or, through a Shopify-connected Printful store, as a live Shopify listing.

Steps

  1. Shopify with Gelato Studio templates

    Open the product in Gelato and the corresponding listing in Shopify.

  2. Shopify with Gelato V2

    ArtDrop checks the Gelato connection for each variant before publishing. If a connection needs completion, finish it in Shopify and publish when ready.

  3. Shopify or Etsy with Printify

    Printify creates the product and receives the publication request. Open Printify and the connected store to check the listing.

  4. Printful

    Open the product in the Printful store you selected. If that store is connected to your Shopify store, open the live listing in Shopify and check the mockup and the price.

  5. Etsy digital downloads

    Open the listing in Etsy and check its preview and downloadable artwork.

Expected result

You know which print provider and storefront to open for every product you create.

Good to know

  • Your print provider and storefront handle orders and fulfillment.
  • A product may take time to appear after its provider receives a publication request.
  • Order a sample to review physical print quality.
  • By default, publication to the official Pinterest for Shopify sales channel is automatic for each Shopify product created by ArtDrop once that channel is installed on the merchant's Shopify store. This is Shopify channel publication, not direct Pinterest publishing by ArtDrop.

Troubleshooting

  • A listing has not appeared? Check the product’s publication status in the provider and store before repeating the drop.

How to undo or clean up

Remove unwanted products in both the provider and storefront where they appear.
