Verify each route's proven output

What this does

Provider creation, a matching storefront product record, and a proven live listing are different outcomes. Use the exact proof contract for each ArtDrop route.

Before you begin

• Choose the storefront, provider, and product type first. Printful is provider-only; Gelato and Printify have distinct storefront proof.

Steps

1. 01

   Shopify with legacy Gelato

   ArtDrop creates from a legacy Studio Template ID and proves a Gelato active product with an external ID. A later Shopify title match proves a product record arrived, but neither check proves exact storefront visibility. Inspect the listing state yourself.

2. 02

   Shopify with Gelato V2

   Gelato V2 creates Shopify product data. A live publication reaches Shopify Online Store only after ArtDrop verifies the exact Gelato connection for every intended variant. Missing connection evidence keeps the product unpublished and requires a manual connection handoff in Shopify.

3. 03

   Shopify or Etsy with Printify

   ArtDrop proves the Printify Shop ID and reported channel type, creates the provider product, and treats an accepted publication request as success. It does not read back the storefront listing. Inspect the real Shopify or Etsy state.

4. 04

   Printful provider-only

   A Native or Manual Order/API route creates or reconciles and validates an exact Printful product. It creates no Shopify or Etsy listing.

5. 05

   Etsy native digital

   Etsy digital downloads publish directly through Etsy. Inspect the listing, preview, and buyer download in the exact Etsy shop.

6. 06

   Storage used by any provider route

   Verify one controlled artwork with the intended storage service and provider before sending a batch.

Expected result

For the chosen route, you can name the external record ArtDrop proves and the provider or storefront state that still requires direct inspection.

Good to know

• Pinterest is not currently available through ArtDrop. ArtDrop does not currently create Product Pins, publish Pinterest catalogs, create a Pinterest storefront, or save Pins to boards.
• A matching Shopify product title is not a publication-state readback.
• ArtDrop does not prove print quality, regional availability, order readiness, shipping, or fulfillment.

Troubleshooting

• Result missing? Match the Live Log to the exact proof contract above, then inspect the provider and storefront separately.
• Product record exists but visibility is unclear? That is expected for routes without an exact publication readback. Open the storefront.

How to undo or clean up

Disable saved templates and remove or revoke credentials to stop future ArtDrop writes. Remove existing provider products, storefront listings, and stored files separately in the services that own them.
