Gelato imagery not represented. This library does not include a verified Gelato product image, so Gelato remains text only. That image gap does not mean Gelato is unsupported.
Pick your surface, see where ArtDrop publishes, and make your first drop.
Complete first-run setup with one supported Shopify or Etsy route, submit one representative artwork, and follow it to the exact provider or storefront result.
Open guideShopify and Etsy are live with route-specific boundaries, and either can complete first-run setup. TikTok Shop and Pinterest are not currently available to ArtDrop customers.
Open guideWeb and Mac are separate entitlements. A Mac purchase does not include Hosted Web. The native Mac app is separate, and a Web license cannot activate it. The direct checkout advertises $39 per month for Web and $399 once for Mac, and uses those amounts when no Stripe Price ID is configured. When a Price ID is configured, the external Stripe Price object controls the amount, so confirm the final charge in Checkout. A new Mac license defaults to two machine slots. The server-wide default is environment-configurable and each license row stores its own maximum, so an individual key can differ from two. The free demo is Web-only.
Open guideConnect your stores, storage, and print providers.
ArtDrop prepares provider-accessible artwork for supported destinations. Configure only the storage service you intend to use and verify one controlled upload before a batch.
Open guideLegacy Gelato creates from a saved Studio Template ID. Gelato V2 uses live-catalog Product UIDs to create Shopify product data. For a live publication, ArtDrop publishes to Online Store only after it verifies the exact Gelato connection for every intended variant. Missing evidence leaves the product unpublished and requires a manual connection handoff.
Open guideConnect the exact Shopify store used for product and listing data. The public Shopify App Store route is not currently available.
Open guideArtDrop executes Printful only for Native and Manual Order/API provider stores. It creates or reconciles an exact provider product and does not create a Shopify or Etsy listing.
Open guideArtDrop validates that the selected Printify Shop ID exists under the token and that its reported sales channel is Shopify or Etsy. It creates the product, then treats an accepted Printify publish request as success; it does not read back the storefront listing state.
Open guideEtsy can complete first-run setup without Shopify. Etsy-only digital setup requires supported external storage and publishes directly through Etsy. Physical Etsy products use the artist's exact Etsy-connected Printify shop or Gelato store.
Open guideProvider Cost Comparison is representative and can be incomplete. The current table does not establish account-specific current pricing, source, currency, destination, shipping, tax, fees, plan discounts, or fetch time. Confirm every amount directly with the provider before pricing or choosing a route.
Open guidePrepare files and fabric panels, shape the copy, route each drop, schedule batches, and watch the Live Log.
One artwork across provider mockups, not proof of a completed drop
Use a clean TIF, TIFF, PNG, JPG, or JPEG with enough real pixels for the intended print. Preserve the master, account for deployment and downstream limits, and verify the exact destination before admission.
Open guideArtDrop can use a fabric blueprint returned by Printify's current catalog search. It submits one image placement and does not create a repeat pattern. Printify and a physical sample are the authorities for the resulting fabric.
Open guideAI can draft a title, description, SEO title, SEO description, and alt text. It does not draft the product tag list used by normal drops. Tags are assembled separately from saved base, line, provider, analyzed-image metadata, and per-image product_tags values.
Open guideVoice requires a personal Anthropic key. Upload Writing, Website, and Store Identity use root or default rules; only Image Trainer sends a store ID.
Open guideOne CSV or XLSX sheet controls copy and routing for a batch. Rows match artwork by filename or filename stem.
Open guideMatching JSON supplies per-image copy, product_tags, singular routing or stores fan-out, overrides sheet values, and travels with delayed copies.
Open guideAdmit several artworks and release them now or hold them in the paced batch lane. Hosted Web's server sweeper advances elapsed cadence slots without an active login or open dashboard. On Mac, keep the app running.
Open guideThe Live Log may be incomplete. Verify the named provider and storefront before retrying so you do not create a duplicate.
Open guideArtDrop can use a fabric blueprint returned by Printify's current catalog search. It submits one image placement and does not create a repeat pattern. Printify and a physical sample are the authorities for the resulting fabric.
Open guidePasting outside editable fields starts the ordinary browser upload. Transient or retry-safe unsaved failures can receive up to three total attempts. Server admission still allows only TIF, TIFF, PNG, JPG, and JPEG.

Hypothetical wall art family, not a saved product line
Hypothetical desk and device family, not a saved product line
Route several stores while preserving each target's independent result. The Web extra-store checkout stops at 25 total stores. Mac does not enforce the same ceiling: its checkout has no 25-store check, the license server can store an entitlement up to 100, and the saved payload can admit 25 additional stores plus the synthetic default, for 26 effective stores. Treat the Mac cap as contradictory until the backend is corrected.
Open guideEach store supports up to 50 product lines. Lines layer copy rules and exact-name legacy provider filters; zero matches fail open and V2 is excluded.
Open guideA drop can target several eligible stores. Each resolved store runs independently and can receive one bounded automatic retry for a retry-safe failure. Hosted Web advances due releases without an open dashboard.
Open guideEdit live Shopify listings without leaving ArtDrop.
Products edits supported Shopify or Etsy listing fields. Regenerate rereads the exact product's bound artwork and fills unsaved copy for review. Tag saves honestly replace the full tag list on the selected storefront.
Open guidePasswordless sign-in, credentials, billing, and your data.
Manage direct billing or a one-time Mac license, understand AES-256-GCM encryption for hosted configuration credential leaves, inspect the settings backup's partial redaction boundary, and use the signed-in self-service data page with its documented limits. A Mac purchase does not include Hosted Web.
Open guideArtDrop has no passwords. Sign in with a one-time email link that lasts 15 minutes, then add an optional passkey (Touch ID or Face ID) for a one-tap return.
Open guideHosted configuration credential leaves are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Browser views keep them masked, and settings and account exports retain their documented redaction boundaries. Keep credentials narrow and revoke them at the service that issued them.
Open guideLimits, publishing destinations, and canonical ArtDrop terms.
Artwork uploads accept TIF, TIFF, PNG, JPG, and JPEG. One upload request is limited to 3 GiB total and 200 files, and each artwork file is limited to 2 GiB. Review the separate limits for sidecars, copy sheets, settings restore, and Voice Trainer.
Open guideThe words ArtDrop uses for destinations, publishing, and everything a single drop touches, defined once so nothing gets confused.
Open guideProvider creation, a matching storefront product record, and a proven live listing are different outcomes. Use the exact proof contract for each ArtDrop route.
