What this does

The Live Log may be incomplete. Verify the named provider and storefront before retrying so you do not create a duplicate.

Before you begin

  • Keep the artwork name and the names of the selected store and provider.

What changes outside ArtDrop

Reading or copying the Live Log changes nothing. Retry Sync is not a general retry for provider or publication failures.

Live Log. The Live Log may be incomplete. Verify every named provider and storefront result before retrying.
ArtDrop Live Log card with route-specific INFO lines for one accepted drop, from ingestion to analysis to dedup.

Steps

  1. Open the named external services

Check the exact provider product and storefront listing. Accepted, processing, and scheduled do not mean published.

  2. Use Retry Sync only for its named sync

Retry Sync is limited to the pending storefront synchronization shown by ArtDrop. It does not recreate a provider product or rerun an unrelated publishing failure.

  3. Dismiss only after checking

Dismiss removes the pending item from this view. It does not delete, fix, or unpublish any external product.

Expected result

You know the exact external result and retry only when no existing product or listing would be duplicated.

Good to know

  • The Live Log may be incomplete.
  • Accepted, processing, and scheduled do not mean published.
  • Retry Sync is not a general retry.
  • Dismiss does not delete, fix, or unpublish external products.

Troubleshooting

  • No confirmation appears? Reload the exact external service and search for the artwork before taking any recovery action.

How to undo or clean up

The guide and log controls do not undo external work. Change or remove an existing product in the service that owns it.
