Edit your product listings

Edit titles, descriptions, and tags for Shopify or Etsy products. Rewrite with ArtDrop can suggest fresh copy from the original artwork for you to review.

Before you begin

  • Open Products and select the store and product you want to edit.

How it works

Edit the listing fields, then choose Save to update the selected storefront. Rewrite with ArtDrop fills in suggested copy for you to review before saving.

Steps

  1. Open the product

    Find the product in Products and check its artwork and store.

  2. Edit the listing

    Update the title, description, and tags. Shopify products also offer SEO title and SEO description.

  3. Draft another version if useful

    Choose Rewrite with ArtDrop to draft new copy from the artwork used for this product. Review and edit the suggestions.

  4. Save your changes

    Choose Save to update the selected Shopify or Etsy product, then open it in the storefront to check the result.

Expected result

The selected storefront product has your saved copy and tags.

Good to know

  • Saving tags replaces the full tag list. An empty list removes the product’s tags.
  • Each managed rewrite uses one ArtDrop copy credit. With your own provider key, generation is charged through that provider account.
  • A suggested rewrite remains unsaved until you choose Save.
  • Use Shopify or Etsy for changes to images, prices, variants, or publication status.

Troubleshooting

  • Rewrite with ArtDrop cannot find the artwork? Check that the product was created from artwork uploaded through ArtDrop.
  • A save failed or its result is unclear? Open the storefront product before saving again.
  • Need richer description formatting? Edit the description directly in Shopify.

How to undo or clean up

Edit and save the fields again to change them. Keep a copy of text you may want to restore.
