Schedule an artwork for several stores

Publish one artwork to several stores at once, or give each store its own release date and writing style.

Before you begin

  • Connect each store and its print provider.
  • Save the voice, product lines, and products for each store.

How it works

Each selected store gets its own products and copy. You can release to one store now and delay another by up to 30 days.

Steps

  1. Choose stores

    Open Storefront, then find Your Stores and check the stores under Publish drops to.

  2. Set a delay for each store

    Choose Now or one of the available delays, from one hour to 30 days.

  3. Upload artwork

    Add the artwork to Drop Zone. ArtDrop saves the selected destinations and release times with the drop.

  4. Follow each destination

    Use Live Log to check each store’s progress, then open its products or listings.

Expected result

The artwork reaches each selected store on its own schedule, using that store’s products and writing preferences.

Good to know

  • ArtDrop Web runs scheduled releases with the browser closed. On Mac, keep the app running.
  • A release time starts product processing; the provider may take additional time to finish publishing.
  • A problem with one store does not stop the other selected destinations.

Troubleshooting

  • One store needs attention? Check that store’s connection and existing products before retrying it.
  • An expected release has not started? Check its saved schedule and the Live Log.

How to undo or clean up

Use Uploads waiting for your decision and the batch controls to publish now, schedule, or pause artwork that has not started. Rejecting a waiting copy review cancels that drop. Change store selections for future uploads; existing products remain in their stores.
