Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of an ArtDrop™ license. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and to the ArtDrop End User License Agreement.

1. What You Are Buying

When you purchase ArtDrop, you are purchasing a perpetual software license key that grants you the right to use ArtDrop on up to two (2) computers and via the ArtDrop web app, subject to the terms of the End User License Agreement. You are not purchasing the software itself, any ownership interest in ArtDrop, any subscription or recurring service, or any guaranteed uptime or support.

2. Price

The current price for a single ArtDrop license is $197.00 USD. All prices are in US dollars. The Seller reserves the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. The Seller does not store your payment card information. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

4. Delivery

ArtDrop is a digital product. Upon successful payment:

  • A unique license key will be generated and emailed to the address you provide at checkout, typically within a few minutes
  • The email will contain download links for the Mac and Windows versions of ArtDrop
  • Download links are time-limited but will regenerate on each visit as long as your license remains active
  • Your license also grants access to the ArtDrop web app, hosted at app.getartdrop.com — the same license key activates both the desktop application and web access

If you do not receive your license key email within 30 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact support@getartdrop.com.

4a. Demo Mode

Before purchasing, ArtDrop offers 3 free demo drops — the full pipeline, end to end — so you can verify the tool works with your actual setup before committing. Demo mode requires no account and no credit card. Output from demo drops includes a watermark. Once you activate a paid license key, demo mode is replaced by the full unlicensed version with unlimited drops.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

14-day money-back guarantee. If ArtDrop doesn't complete your first drop successfully, email support@getartdrop.com for a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund:

  • Contact support@getartdrop.com within 14 days of your purchase date
  • Include the email address used at checkout
  • Describe the issue you encountered (not required, but helps us improve the product)

When a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated. The software will cease to function on its next license validation check, typically within 24 hours.

Before purchasing, please review the product description, the FAQ, and the system requirements carefully. ArtDrop requires:

  • An active Shopify store
  • An active account with at least one print provider (Gelato, Printful, or Printify)
  • A Backblaze B2 account
  • An Anthropic API key
  • Mac (Apple Silicon or Intel) or Windows 10/11 — or access via the ArtDrop web app (modern browser, no local install required)

ArtDrop also offers 3 free demo drops before purchase — the full pipeline, end to end — so you can confirm everything works with your setup before you spend a dollar.

If you have technical difficulties activating or using ArtDrop, contact support before initiating a chargeback or dispute. The Seller asks that you allow 48 hours to attempt resolution. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, the Seller reserves the right to revoke your license key immediately.

7. License Key Issuance

Each purchase entitles you to one (1) license key. License keys are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or given to third parties. The Seller reserves the right to revoke any license key that is found to be shared, transferred, or used in violation of the End User License Agreement.

8. Updates

Updates to ArtDrop, when released, are provided at the Seller's discretion. Minor updates and bug fixes are provided to license holders at no additional charge. The Seller makes no guarantee of future updates or new features.

9. Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email at support@getartdrop.com. The Seller does not guarantee response times or resolution of all reported issues. Support does not include setup of third-party accounts (Shopify, Gelato, Backblaze, Anthropic).

10. Web App Access

Your ArtDrop license includes access to the ArtDrop web application, hosted on Railway at app.getartdrop.com. The web app provides the same core functionality as the desktop application and is covered by the same license key. The following apply to web app access:

  • A web session counts toward your two-activation limit in the same way as a desktop installation. If you are actively using both desktop and web, that uses both slots.
  • The web app requires an internet connection at all times — it does not have an offline mode.
  • The Seller does not guarantee web app uptime. Railway hosting is subject to its own service availability. Scheduled maintenance or service interruptions do not entitle you to a refund.
  • The Seller reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue web app access with reasonable notice. If web app access is permanently discontinued, your desktop license remains valid and unaffected.

11. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase in your jurisdiction. The stated price does not include applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your location.

12. Breach

The following constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate license revocation without refund:

  • Sharing or distributing your license key
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code from ArtDrop
  • Using ArtDrop to process infringing content
  • Initiating a fraudulent chargeback
  • Any other violation of the End User License Agreement

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Iowa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Iowa.
