Terms of Sale

Last updated: July 28, 2026. The prior public label read “Last updated: July 25, 2026.”

1. What You Are Buying

ArtDrop is sold in two forms. You choose one at checkout:

Both options are governed by the End User License Agreement. Neither includes an ownership interest in ArtDrop, guaranteed uptime, or guaranteed support.

2. Price

Current base pricing is $39.00 USD per month for ArtDrop Web (billed monthly) and $399.00 USD one-time for ArtDrop Mac. The first store is included. The advertised Web and Mac ladder covers store positions through 25, but this is not a backend-wide maximum. Web uses a graduated ladder: store positions 2 and 3 cost $10.00 USD per month each, positions 4 through 6 cost $6.00 USD each, positions 7 through 10 cost $3.00 USD each, and positions 11 through 25 cost $2.00 USD each. On Mac, positions 2 and 3 cost $75.00 USD one time each, positions 4 through 6 cost $45.00 USD each, positions 7 through 10 cost $25.00 USD each, and positions 11 through 25 cost $15.00 USD each. Earlier stores retain the price assigned to their position. The public Shopify App Store listing is not currently live. If that purchase rail becomes available, each Shopify shop installed through it will use the operator-configured Shopify plan amount and currency; the code default is USD $39 per 30 days. Installs made while signed in may be linked to the same ArtDrop account. Product lines and store-specific voices do not carry a separate charge. All prices are in US dollars. The Seller reserves the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect one-time purchases already completed. For active subscriptions, any price change will be notified in advance and takes effect at the next renewal; you may cancel before that renewal to avoid the new price.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. The Seller does not store your payment card information. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

4. Delivery

ArtDrop is a digital product. Upon successful payment, the purchase service attempts the following delivery:

If the license email does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact support@getartdrop.com. The source does not guarantee a delivery time.

4a. Demo Mode

Before purchasing, the hosted Web demo uses a 3-drop counter tied to the signed-in email, with no payment card required. After a request saves at least one artwork file, the route rechecks demo mode and, if it is still active, attempts one increment. A failed counter update does not fail the accepted upload response, so the counter is not a hard maximum. Web demo requests use the real route with a watermark. The demo is not available in the Mac app. A paid Web subscription removes the Web demo counter and watermark. A Mac purchase does not include hosted Web access. There is no cumulative ArtDrop product counter on paid use, but file, queue, provider, storefront, product-line, store, and other technical limits still apply.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

To request a refund:

A Stripe refund does not deactivate a license in the current webhook. License revocation is a separate administrator action. If a Mac license is separately revoked, an explicit server rejection disables it immediately when checked. The Mac app otherwise trusts its last successful validation for up to 24 hours. If revalidation fails only because the network or server is unreachable, a valid signed receipt can remain usable within the configured offline grace period, whose source default is 7 days.

Before purchasing, please review the product description, the FAQ, and the system requirements carefully. ArtDrop requires:

The hosted Web demo uses a 3-drop counter that is not a hard maximum. A failed counter update does not fail an accepted upload response. Provider and storefront routes can return partial or failed results, which remain your responsibility to inspect.

If you have technical difficulties activating or using ArtDrop, contact support before initiating a chargeback or dispute. The Seller asks that you allow 48 hours to attempt resolution. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, the Seller reserves the right to revoke your license key immediately.

7. License Key Issuance

Each purchase entitles you to one (1) license key. License keys are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or given to third parties. The Seller reserves the right to revoke any license key that is found to be shared, transferred, or used in violation of the End User License Agreement.

8. Updates

Updates to ArtDrop, when released, are provided at the Seller's discretion. Minor updates and bug fixes are provided to license holders at no additional charge. The Seller makes no guarantee of future updates or new features.

9. Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email at support@getartdrop.com. The Seller does not guarantee response times or resolution of all reported issues. Support does not include setup of third-party storefront, print-provider, storage, or copy-engine accounts.

10. Web Plan Access

An active ArtDrop Web subscription includes access to the hosted application at app.getartdrop.com. ArtDrop Web and ArtDrop Mac are separate entitlements. A $399 Mac purchase does not include hosted Web access. Hosted Web access requires a separately purchased active Web subscription. A Web subscription does not license the Mac app. The following apply to Web plan access:

10a. Pinterest Services and Approval Status

Pinterest Product Pins through the official Pinterest for Shopify sales channel are separate from ArtDrop's planned direct organic image-Pin workflow. Direct organic Pinterest publishing is not generally available. Pinterest must grant ArtDrop Standard API access before ordinary customers can use it, and approval is pending and not guaranteed. The planned direct workflow is for ArtDrop Web only, not ArtDrop Mac. A purchase does not guarantee that Pinterest will approve, continue, or make this provider-controlled capability available.

11. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase in your jurisdiction. The stated price does not include applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your location.

12. Breach

The following constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate license revocation without refund:

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Iowa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Iowa.

15. Affiliate Program

If you are separately accepted into the ArtDrop affiliate program, your participation is governed by the ArtDrop Affiliate Program Agreement, including its disclosure, traffic, attribution, commission, hold, refund, tax, and termination rules. Buying ArtDrop does not enroll you as an affiliate or entitle you to commissions.

16. Contact

Questions about your purchase: support@getartdrop.com · STANHATTIE LLC · 731 SE Alices Rd PMB 1035, Waukee, IA 50263

17. Site Artwork

All artwork displayed on this website, including the Circular Light photography shown in product images, page art, and social preview cards, is the copyrighted work of Michael Hill and is licensed to StanHattie LLC for display on this site only. The artwork is human made and is not AI generated. The Circular Light series is the subject of a United States Copyright Office registration application filed in July 2026. No other use is permitted, including reproduction, redistribution, creation of derivative works, or use in training artificial intelligence systems, without prior written permission. Permission requests and takedown notices are handled through the DMCA page.

18. Connected Storefront and Provider Boundary

ArtDrop attempts route-specific product and listing writes in the storefronts and providers you connect. You remain the seller and control each connected account. The publishing pipeline does not implement order, customer, payout, revenue, or fulfillment management. Shopify and Etsy are live storefronts, and either can complete first-run setup by itself. Etsy digital publishing uses the exact authorized shop and supported storage. Etsy physical products use an Etsy-connected Gelato or Printify destination. Gelato, Printful, and Printify remain the manufacturing and fulfillment providers for compatible routes. Pinterest Product Pins use the merchant's separate connected Shopify sales channel, with Shopify as catalog transport and checkout; ArtDrop does not configure or verify that channel and does not write a Pinterest catalog.

19. Scheduled Multi-Store Publishing

When you select several stores for one drop, ArtDrop attempts a separate route-specific result for each selected store. One destination can succeed while another fails, and ArtDrop records the outcomes separately. A per-store delay captures the target store identity and release time at admission and schedules that destination for release after the selected delay, up to 30 days. On hosted Web, the enabled 60-second sweeper advances due per-store entries and paced batch slots without a login or open dashboard, then makes a best-effort worker start. The operator can disable that sweeper with ARTDROP_DISABLE_TIMED_SWEEPER; when disabled, those server-side releases do not run in that process. On Mac, the app must remain running. Hosted scheduling requires a separate active Web subscription, which the Mac purchase does not include. The full store configuration is not frozen; a deferred target uses that store's current provider, voice, product lines, and template settings when it runs. The Batch page shows scheduled items. This per-store release timing remains separate from the ordinary rate lane for several artworks through one active store.
