Print on demand teacher products, built from one drop

Drop one finished design. ArtDrop drafts the listing in your brand voice and builds the shirts, mugs, totes, notebooks, and classroom accessories you saved across Gelato, Printful, and Printify.

Build for every room and role

Teacher appreciation and back-to-school give a school-staff line natural moments throughout the year. Start with a specific grade, subject, role, or team.

One role-specific design can become a shirt, mug, tote, notebook, and classroom print. ArtDrop builds the set without making you recreate every product and listing by hand.

Build one idea for the kindergarten team, science department, school counselor, coaching staff, or any other school role you serve.

One idea, aimed at a specific room

Start with who the design is for: a grade band, subject team, specialist role, staff group, or activity. Each audience can become its own coordinated product line.

By grade band
Kindergarten crew, first-grade team, fifth-grade squad, or a whole elementary building. Give each grade band its own finished design and product set.
By subject
Science, math, English, art, music, and history. Subject-specific art gives each department a line of its own.
Specialist roles
School counselors, librarians, reading specialists, and special-education teachers. Name the role clearly and carry the design across a complete set.
Support staff
Paraprofessionals, classroom aides, front-office staff, bus drivers, nurses, and custodians. Build for the whole team that keeps a school running.
Coaches and activities
Athletics coaching staff, band director, theater, robotics, and academic clubs. An original team-spirit design covers a whole activity group, as long as it stays clear of protected school marks.
Whole-staff sets
Carry one design across a building's whole team, from a shirt to a mug to a tote. The products stay connected as one staff set.

One design across the classroom catalog

Choose the teacher products you want to save. ArtDrop builds the active products in your Gelato, Printful, and Printify accounts. Catalogs change, and each file still needs to meet the product's image specifications.

These format examples combine more than one abstract sample artwork by Michael Hill, so they show classroom-useful format breadth rather than one design applied to every item. The water bottle is a Printful provider mockup; the journal, mouse pad, coaster, and backpack are Printify provider mockups. They are not teacher graphics, classroom photography, a school endorsement, or child use proof.

Role and subject apparel
Carry a role, subject, or grade design across classic tees, premium cuts, crewnecks, and sweatshirts at Gelato, Printful, and Printify.
Mugs and drinkware
Carry the same design onto mugs and drinkware, or pair a mug with a shirt as a coordinated two-item set.
Totes and bags
Move the same motif from a shirt to a tote or bag without creating new artwork.
Notebooks and journals
Put the design on lesson-planning notebooks, journals, and lay-flat books. The stationery page covers the full paper collection.
Lanyard-friendly accessories
Carry the design onto pins, buttons, and keychains that clip to a lanyard or bag. Add them to apparel for a coordinated staff set.
Stickers and classroom prints
Extend the design to water-bottle stickers, laptop decals, and framed classroom prints.

Turn one design into a teacher line

Start with one finished file and the teacher products you saved. ArtDrop turns them into product copy and a coordinated collection you can review before building a larger batch.

// 01 Drop the design
Drag in a finished, high-resolution file, or paste it with Cmd+V. Use artwork that meets the image specifications for each product.
// 02 ArtDrop drafts the copy
ArtDrop reads the image and drafts a title, description, SEO, and alt text in your trained brand voice. Review the draft for product facts and tone.
// 03 Products across providers
ArtDrop builds your saved shirts, mugs, totes, and notebooks at Gelato, Printful, and Printify. One drop covers the sizes and variants you selected.
// 04 Publish to your store
ArtDrop publishes supported Gelato and Printify listings to your Shopify or Etsy store. Check the first product before you build a larger batch.

Finished designs, and original ones

Start with finished artwork you own and one file for each personalized version.

Create one finished file for each name, room, or class. Drop each version separately, and ArtDrop builds each one as its own product and listing. Shopper-facing personalization is not included.

Keep the artwork original. A school's name, official logo, or mascot can be a protected mark, and putting one on merch you sell is a rights problem, not free inventory. Original role, subject, and grade designs are the opportunity; protected school marks are not. When in doubt, design around the idea of the role rather than a specific institution.

Your providers, your accounts, your store

Connect your own provider accounts. You keep your contracts, pricing, products, and store relationships.

Three providers, your choice
Use Gelato, Printful, Printify, or any combination of the three. The products available in your accounts define the line. ArtDrop charges no per-product fee.

ArtDrop publishes supported Gelato and Printify listings to Shopify or Etsy. Etsy physical products use your Etsy-connected Printify shop or Gelato store. Printful creates the product for you to publish.
Your business stays yours
ArtDrop handles product and listing data. Your store and print provider keep your orders, customers, payments, shipping, and fulfillment.

Two plans. Unlimited teacher products.

Product publishing has no ArtDrop per-product fee. Copy generation is optional and separate; the signed-in app shows the available method and any limits or billing before generation. The Mac app requires a personal Anthropic key, and seller-written copy is supported. The first store is included. The advertised Web and Mac ladder covers store positions through 25, but this is not a backend-wide maximum. Web uses a graduated ladder: store positions 2 and 3 cost $10 per month each, positions 4 through 6 cost $6 each, positions 7 through 10 cost $3 each, and positions 11 through 25 cost $2 each. On Mac, positions 2 and 3 cost $75 one time each, positions 4 through 6 cost $45 each, positions 7 through 10 cost $25 each, and positions 11 through 25 cost $15 each. Earlier stores retain the price assigned to their position.

Print on demand teacher products, answered

The questions creators ask before they build a teacher line.

Which teacher products can ArtDrop build?
Role, subject, and grade apparel, mugs, drinkware, totes, bags, notebooks, journals, pins, keychains, stickers, and classroom prints. Your saved Gelato, Printful, and Printify products define the line.
How do I make name, room, or class variants?
Create a finished file for each version. Drop them separately, and ArtDrop builds each one as its own product and listing.
Can I use my school's logo or mascot?
Keep your designs original. A school name, official logo, or mascot can be a protected mark, so selling merch that uses one is a rights problem. Original role, subject, and grade designs are the safe opportunity here.
When should I prepare a back-to-school line?
Start early enough to review your products, pricing, and listings before the back-to-school season begins.
Which providers and stores does it use?
ArtDrop builds products at Gelato, Printful, and Printify. It publishes supported Gelato and Printify listings to Shopify or Etsy. Etsy physical products use your Etsy-connected Printify shop or Gelato store.
How do I keep a teacher line coordinated?
Start with one finished design and the teacher products you saved. ArtDrop carries the artwork and listing voice across the line, and you review the products before expanding the batch.
